NFC East predictions

Dallas Cowboys: 11-5 (6-2 home, 5-3 away)

This is the year that the Cowboys grow up. Romo will finally step up in the clutch and the Cowboys will make a deep playoff run.

They have a relatively easy away schedule to work with, which will position them well come playoff time. Get ready to see the Cowboys mature as a unit in the 2013 season.

New York Giants: 10-6 (4-4 home, 6-2 away)

The Giants will have a good year, but still finish second behind the Cowboys in the division.

It will be a far better performance than that of last year. Eli will have an inconsistent year (like always), but the Giants will do enough to get back into the playoff picture.

Philadelphia Eagles: 5-11 (3-5 home, 2-6 away)

Look, it's not going to be a good year for the eagles. It's time for them to start over.

Once they get through the long struggles of the next 2-3 seasons, they may resurface as legitimate Superbowl contenders. But only time can tell. It's going to be a rough season.

Washington Redskins: 6-10 (3-5 home, 3-5 away)

Post-acl surgery, RGIII and the Redskins simply aren't the same team. They have a tough schedule as it is, which is not going to be doing any favours for Griffin.
